Terms of Trading- Please read carefully prior to placing your order.

 

Ways to Pay

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta and PayPal; you can contact us by telephone with your card details. We need your card number together with the expiry date and the last three numbers from the back of the card.

If you choose to use PayPal we will send a PayPal invoice to your email address after the order is processed. The goods are dispatched when the invoice is paid. Please say PayPal on the order form.

We have now stopped taking cheques as a means of payment.

 

Please note due to bank charges we now have a minimum order of £5.00

 

Customer Numbers

When you order you will be given a customer number, please quote this on all correspondence and when placing an order as this helps us to find your records quickly.

 

Postal Charges

Our postage is charged at standard first class rate plus a nominal charge for packaging, the minimum charge is £1.40p.

Small flat items will be sent large letter whilst slightly larger items will be small packet. The charge will vary depending on the weight and size of parcel.

Orders over £45-00 may be insured. U.K.orders over £100 are post free.

 

VAT

At the present time we are not VAT registered so VAT has to be charged to all customers at the standard rate. Vat is included in the price.

Overseas Customers

Parcels will normally be sent by first air mail unless a different method is requested.

Orders over £45 will be insured and signed for where possible.

Discounts

The first price is for an individual item or in the case of braid and ribbon a metre.

The second price is a discounted price if you wish to buy ten or more of one item.

To qualify for the discount price you do not have to buy in quantities of ten but simply a minimum of ten but this must be the same item of one colour not different colours when buying ribbons beads etc.

Items out of stock

Please reorder all out of stock items unless we mark the item ‘TO FOLLOW’.

Damaged Goods

Please inform us of damaged goods within 48hours of receipt of the order.

Please do not return these items to us without contacting us first. The post office may need to inspect the damage and must see the original packaging before a claim is settled.

If you return the goods to us the post office will not acknowledge a claim in most cases, and the cost of the goods is a loss to us.

Returns

You may return any of the goods delivered to you if we are notified within 7 days of the date of delivery. Return to our contact address at your own cost and risk by recorded delivery or any service requiring a signature. Any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible for any such returned goods PROVIDED THAT the goods in question

are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

Telephone Calls

Please confine your phone calls to between 9am and 5pm where possible. We do stop for lunch somewhere between 12.30 and 1.30 and so will not be able to take calls at this time. We would also appreciate no calls on Sundays. Our mail order is very busy so if your call is not answered please try again later.

Additional Information

Prices will remain steady wherever possible but may alter without notice. All descriptions ‘Gold’, ‘Silver’ etc refer to colour only not content.

A customer number is allocated to you with your first order please quote it on subsequent orders as this speeds up the ordering process.

Orders will be dealt with as soon as possible but please allow up to five working days for us to dispatch your order.
